Retail Sales Assistant

As a customer service representative at our company located in Trivandrum, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and receiving customers warmly, and engaging with them to understand their requirements. - Directing customers to relevant racks and counters. - Introducing various product offerings and influencing customer purchasing decisions. - Driving sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling to build customer confidence. - Providing excellent customer service, especially during peak times, to ensure customer satisfaction in every sale. - Informing customers about discounts and special offers. - Assisting customers with sales returns. - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with the Manager. - Staying up-to-date with new products and services. - Preparing estimates for selected products and completing sales transactions. The required skills for this role include: - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Excellent customer service skills. - Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach. - Basic computer knowledge. Qualifications: - Minimum Higher Secondary/Diploma/Graduation. - 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Please note that male candidates are preferred for this position.
