Retail- Project Associate

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Senior Associate Retail Projects at TMRW, overseeing the end-to-end execution of retail store projects. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring timely launches, maintaining brand standards, and coordinating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and onboard vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance. - Coordinate the implementation of retail identity elements across various locations. - Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings are in sync with scheduled fit-out periods. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines. - Track project budgets to maintain capital expenditures within allocated per square foot costs. - Assist in the repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups. - Maintain open communication with mall management and engineering teams. - Prepare and deliver periodic project updates and reports to senior management. Preferred Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in retail project management within the fashion or lifestyle sector. - Exposure to both corporate and startup environments would be beneficial. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.,
