Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Partner based in Dehradun, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Retail Partner will be responsible for driving retail sales, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily interaction with customers, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
• Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
