Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Partner located in Dehradun, with some work from home flexibility. The Retail Partner will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including retail sales, product knowledge dissemination, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivering exemplary customer service. The role entails working closely with both customers and team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales, Product Knowledge, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales or customer service will be advantageous
