Role Description

The Retail Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, managing store activities, addressing customer service issues, and ensuring store performance. The role involves working closely with other departments to maintain operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Hire and train staff.
• Assign staff to shifts.
• Motivate staff members during busy shifts.
• Listen and respond to customers' complaints.
• Order stock for the store.
• Create and maintain monthly budgets.
• Prepare payslips for staff.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Retail Operations and Store Management
• Experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is an advantage
