As a Retail Operations / SOP Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyzing business performance, and enhancing customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams, supervising store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for enhancement.
