Retail Merchandiser

Job Description As a Retail Merchandiser at P N RAO, your primary responsibility is to ensure that retail stores are stocked with the right products to maximize sales. This involves analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and working closely with suppliers and store managers to maintain inventory levels. You will be responsible for inter-store stock transfer and maintaining stock reports, ensuring item-wise sell-through, and quality assurance of the products. Your role will also involve following up and engaging in day-to-day correspondence with buyers and vendors, executing and monitoring retail orders in a systematic and professional manner, as well as ensuring timely delivery of shipments by coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining all necessary records and samples for shipment inspection, handling vendor and store complaints, and coordinating with the Shipping Department for inter-store activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduation/Diploma in Retail Management or Fashion Communication, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
