Retail Merchandiser

Duties and responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product

information, answer questions, and offer solutions to complaints.

• Sales and promotion: Actively promote products and special offers, upsell additional

items, and work to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Store operations: Process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory levels,

restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.

• Visual Merchandising: Arrange merchandise displays and create an inviting retail

space.

• Team collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve store objectives and

maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and qualifications

• Customer service skills: The ability to provide excellent service and resolve

complaints professionally.

• Product knowledge: A strong understanding of the products being sold to answer

customer questions effectively.

• Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal communication to engage

customers and build relationships.

• Sales skills: The ability to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close

sales.

• Organizational skills: The ability to manage inventory, handle transactions, and

maintain a clean and organized store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• of Merchandiser: 1 year (Preferred)
