Job Description

SBM BANK (INDIA) LIMITED is looking for Retail Liability Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Drive acquisition of new liability relationships through direct sales efforts, branch walk - ins, referrals, and lead generation activities. Promote and sell various liability products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and other third - party offerings (e. g. , insurance, mutual funds). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) balances and number of accounts sourced. Ensure high - quality sourcing by conducting customer profiling and need - based product recommendations to enhance cross - sell opportunities. Maintain regular contact with clients to build long - term relationships, ensure service excellence, and enhance portfolio profitability. Coordinate with internal teams like operations, compliance, and product teams for seamless account opening, documentation, and customer onboarding. Conduct regular market visits, area mapping, and participation in local marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines affecting retail liability products. Follow all internal control guidelines and ensure full adherence to KYC, AML, and other banking norms to minimize compliance risks. Prepare and maintain MIS reports on leads generated, conversions achieved, and daily call reports for management review.
