Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Retail Executive. The Retail Executive will be responsible for day-to-day retail operations, implementing retail marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing retail data to optimize performance. The role involves direct interaction with customers, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, and contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Operations and Retail Marketing
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret retail data and optimize performance
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
