Retail Excellence Manager

As a Retail Excellence Manager at our company, you will predominantly manage the Mi Promoter program for the offline channel at Zonal Level. You will play an integral part in nurturing promoters while coordinating with the sales teams to execute the sell-out operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating the performance of the TLs and promoters, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and motivated team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify outlets to deploy promoters in coordination with the sales team - Manage promoters and TLs productivity and performance - Coordinate with the respective Sales Team to execute the Sellout operations - Analyze sell-through and sellout data to provide actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers - Ensure Promoter hygiene is maintained (To be driven through TLs) - Drive Affordability in the respective Zone proficiently (Retailer mapping and onboarding with various finance partners and escalation handling) - Support internal teams in coordination with various Manpower agencies - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market - Conduct regular Market Visits to facilitate Sellout Operations Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation/ Graduation Desired Candidate Profile: - Excellent understanding of promoter program and affordability program management - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Additional Company Details: - Full-time position - Travel requirement: 60%-70% If you meet the qualifications and skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity and be a part of our dynamic team.,
