Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Retail CRE will be responsible for handling day-to-day retail sales activities, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. The role includes direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries and needs, and fostering positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills
• Fluency in English.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the garment industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Candidates must have completed Graduation
