Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail MIS Specialist, located in Raipur. The Retail MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing information systems related to retail operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, ensuring accurate inventory records, overseeing data integrity, and generating sales and operational reports. Additionally, the position involves close collaboration with retail staff to implement effective loss prevention strategies and improve store performance. What You'll Do: Analyze retail data (sales, inventory, customer trends) and create reports. Build and maintain data dashboards using BI tools. Use SQL to get specific data from our systems. Ensure our data is accurate and reliable. Work with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to provide them with the data they need. Find trends and opportunities in our data to help improve the business. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in retail . Strong SQL skills. Experience with Power BI. Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with retail systems (POS, Inventory, CRM, ERP). Great at problem-solving and explaining data clearly. Understanding of how retail businesses work.
