Retail Consultant

You will be part of the Showroom team in Greenacre, supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners in creating their dream bathrooms. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, managing customer quotes and orders, using 3D Planner to visualize customer's dream bathrooms, visiting customers onsite, and ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom. - Assist customers in selecting the right bathroom products - Create and manage customer quotes and orders through email and phone communication - Utilize the 3D Planner to bring customer's bathroom visions to life - Visit customers onsite for updates and relationship maintenance - Ensure the showroom functions smoothly and safely Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and assisting customers - Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn and grow, even without prior experience in bathrooms - Proficiency with computers and willingness to adapt to new systems - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends - Aspiration to develop a career within the company, be it locally, within the network, or at the head office,
