As a Strategic Operations Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic and operational consulting services across merchandise planning, supply chain, and store operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting advanced business analysis and financial modeling to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. - Supporting client transformation programs through actionable insights and co-created solutions. - Leading change initiatives and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. - Participating in proposal development and supporting business development activities. - Maintaining high-quality project delivery while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
