Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate at our store in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in contributing to meeting and exceeding store sales and profit targets. Your primary responsibilities will include passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand, effectively serving and selling to customers, and diligently executing store operations. You will be expected to be aware of store sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets, as well as individual performance targets, and take ownership over them. Utilizing all available store resources, you will use your knowledge of the brand's customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will consistently exhibit the Brand Attitude and Values, utilizing seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions. You will communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address customer needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand. Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards will be essential. You will process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, ensuring constant replenishment of merchandising fixtures to represent the store's entire product offer on the sales floor. Completing cash register transactions accurately, minimizing loss in both the stockroom and sales floor, and performing all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner are critical aspects of your role. You will collaborate productively and respectfully with team members, seeking coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance. To be successful in this role, you must possess high school education and preferably have at least 6 months of experience working in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment.
