Coordinate resume harvesting, editing, and formatting to produce compliant, high-quality resume sections for proposals and SOQs. Translate evaluation criteria into tailored achievements, align with brand templates, and ensure first-time-right quality through established review cycles (Pink/Red/Gold and IQR).
Job Duties: Responsibilities
Collect, interview, and draft resumes from technical staff and subs; tailor content to RFP criteria, page limits, and role definitions.
Apply AtkinsR alis resume templates and styles in Word and/or InDesign; maintain version control and naming.
Convert project experience into outcome-focused bullets with quantified results; align with evaluation matrices.
Partner with Technical Leads to validate responsibilities, project metrics, and client references; secure approvals ahead of Red Review.
Implement content governance: metadata, tagging, and cataloging in content libraries/SharePoint/Loopio as applicable.
Run quality checks for grammar, brand, compliance (font, page, margin); package resumes for final production.
Take constructive feedback and apply it to enhance the delivery.
Support interview deck bios and one-page team snapshots for shortlist presentations.
Contribute to closeout: archive final resumes, update libraries, capture lessons learned, and flag refresh cycles.

Operates with guidance from Proposal Managers; exercises judgment on content prioritization, voice, and formatting. Escalates conflicts (space limits vs. compliance) with proposed solutions.

May provide day-to-day updates to proposal coordinators/Managers and graphic design support team for resume layout and packaging.
INTERNAL CONTACTS (Required interaction/relationship with others within the organization)
Proposal Managers, Technical Leads/PMs, Graphics, Compliance/Forms, Capture/BD, and regional reviewers.
EXTERNAL CONTACTS (Required interaction/relationship with others outside the organization)
Subconsultant coordinators for resume requests and approvals; occasional reference checks as directed.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design/Visual Communication, Marketing, or Engineering/Architecture; or equivalent experience.
3 5 years experience supporting A/E/C proposals with resume development.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Advanced MS Word styles and formatting; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign; strong writing/editing and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with compliance matrices, color reviews (Pink/Red/Gold), and Independent Quality Review (IQR).
Organization, version control, attention to detail; ability to work across time zones and deadlines.
