Restraunt Manager

A leading Food chain (Manis Dum Briyani) in Chennai is looking to hire dynamic and experienced restaurant and outlet managers for our outlets in Chennai. We have outlets across Chennai and Candidates with previous experience in similar roles are welcome, with a good salary and promising career growth will be offered to the right candidates. The company prefers qualified Candidates with good Experience in QSR or Restaurant.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
• Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
• Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
• Dependable and Reliable

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidate with a qualification in hotel management or a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar profile outlets and in food Industry.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
