Job Description for Restaurant Trainer( pune Location , Male Preferred)

– Effective and efficient hands-on instructor/trainer, working directly with employees.
– Educate and train new hires and employees on hands-on tasks.– Continuous process improvement of techniques for effective training.– Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines.– Analyze employee training needs and improve performance.– Instructs employees on restaurant food quality and safety.– Passionate about staff development and mentoring.– Follows company policies and procedures.– Is a team player and goes above and beyond expectations.– Flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays.

<Requirements.

Restaurant Trainer, 3+ years of restaurant experience
Teamwork and leadership skills.Able to analyze daily operations and guest service needsGood at time managementHave a passion for staff development and mentoringHave problem solving skillsAdhere to company policies and proceduresTeam player
