Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Team Member located in Goa, India. The Restaurant Team Member will assist with deliver exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include working collaboratively within a team, handling customer inquiries, and supporting daily restaurant operations to create a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
Willingness to adapt and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
