Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Team Leader - Food and Beverage, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Restaurant Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, leading and training team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role demands active participation in all areas of restaurant management to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Food Safety and Food & Beverage management skills
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Experience in Training and Team Leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management are advantageous
