Job Description

Restaurant Staff – Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers politely and ensure a welcoming dining experience. Take customer orders accurately (counter, kiosk, or table service as applicable). Prepare food and beverages as per standard recipes and brand guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, counters, and restrooms. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash, billing, POS operations, and digital payments responsibly. Ensure timely service and minimize customer waiting time. Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant/store. Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages or wastage. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required. Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines strictly. Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth operations. Wear proper uniform and maintain personal grooming standards. Support promotional activities and upselling of menu items. Ensure safety, security, and proper handling of equipment and tools.
