Restaurant Receptionist & Cashier

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented female receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role also includes handling cashier duties, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, and supporting the team with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phone calls, take bookings, and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a pleasant and organized reception area
• Handle billing, process payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.), and maintain daily cash reports
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless guest experience
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial records
• Support management in administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or cashier role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
