Restaurant Onboarding & KYC Executive – Food Delivery (Rapido)

Location:

Bangalore (Field Role)

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (daily travel allowance ₹100/day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and connect with restaurants across Bangalore (leads provided + cold calling required).
• Explain the benefits of joining Rapido Food Delivery.
• Collect and verify restaurant KYC documents (GST, FSSAI, PAN, Bank details, etc.).
• Assist restaurant owners/managers with form filling, documentation, and app onboarding.
• Ensure successful activation of restaurants on the Rapido platform.
• Maintain proper records of calls, visits, and onboarding status in reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones (app usage, document upload).
• Experience in merchant onboarding, KYC verification, sales, or field work preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore.

Pay: ₹18,553.22 - ₹20,040.02 per month
