This is for our Newly Opened Food Court, at Gurugram. The Menu and the cuisines are all varied and the seating capacity of the food court is more than 170 pax. The Incumbent will be responsible for the following:-
1. Looking after the Restaurant operations
2. Customer greeting & meeting - food service and also after sales service
3. Will have to indulge into the proper marketing propositions and work accordingly
4. Will be responsible for the sales of the restaurant
5. Will also be responsible for the food sales and food inventory
6. Need to be well versed with the needed software like Pet-pooja etc.
7. Proper Briefing and De-briefing of the people
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
