Restaurant Floor Supervisor (Female)

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Supervisor (Female) for our restaurant to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

Experience in Banquet is highly preferable

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Coordinate between kitchen and FOH to ensure timely food delivery.
• Assist in training new team members and upholding service standards.
• Monitor table turnover and manage reservations effectively.
• Support in opening/closing procedures and basic cash handling.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
