We’re Hiring: Bar & Restaurant (Captain Role) – Smaaash Entertainment, Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on Experience & Interview)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Bar & Restaurant S(Captain) to oversee service operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our vibrant entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise service staff and ensure smooth daily floor operations.

Greet and assist guests, maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Coordinate between the kitchen, bar, and service teams for timely service.

Train and guide new stewards/waiters on service standards and etiquette.

Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest satisfaction.

Upsell menu items, beverages, and in-house promotions to drive revenue.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and ambience in service areas.

Monitor stock of service items (cutlery, crockery, linen, etc.) and report shortages.

Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently.

Prepare daily shift reports and update the Restaurant Manager on operations.
