Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Staff and operations management:
  • Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, such as servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Assign tasks and ensure their effective completion.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff adherence to service standards.
  • Manage daily operations, including reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
  • Guest experience:
  • Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries and special requests.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.
  • Service and quality control:
  • Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food and beverage presentation and freshness meet standards.
  • Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
