Job Description

Welcome and seat guests in a warm, professional manner.
Supervise waitstaff and service team during daily operations.
Ensure tables are properly set up and cleaned before and after service.
Take and confirm guest orders when needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
Monitor service flow to maintain speed and quality standards during busy periods.
Train and guide new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures.
Check food and beverage quality before serving to guests.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
Assist with inventory control and stock requisitions for service items.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
