**Position:** F&B Steward / Restaurant Associate

**Department:** Food & Beverage Service

**Location:** Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East

**Reporting To:** Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for energetic and confident F&B Stewards/Associates to join our Pub & Restro Bar (night operations) and All-Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate should be guest-focused, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-energy dining atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Guest Service:**

* Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating.

* Take food & beverage orders accurately, including bar beverages.

* Ensure quick, efficient, and friendly service at all times.

* Serve food & drinks as per hotel and hygiene standards.

* Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.

**Bar & Lounge Coordination:**

* Coordinate with the bar team for drink orders.

* Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beers.

* Promote upselling of beverages and signature items.

* Assist in bar service, setups, and table maintenance.

**Operations:**

* Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and service areas.

* Follow restaurant SOPs and F&B hygiene standards.

* Assist in buffet setup, clearing, and table resets.

* Manage service during high-volume and nightlife hours.

**Billing & POS:**

* Support the billing process on POS systems.

* Ensure accurate billing and cheque handling.

**Skills & Requirements:**

* Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

* Presentable, energetic, and guest-friendly.

* Comfortable working in a nightlife/pub environment.

* Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

* Basic knowledge of F&B service and beverages.

* Experience in pubs, lounges, restro bars, or hotels preferred.

* Freshers with good personality may also apply.

**Education & Experience:**

* Minimum HSC; Hotel Management background preferred.

* 0–3 years of F&B service experience.
