Role Overview: As the Responsable Comptable F/H at EY's Direction Comptable et Financire in Paris-La Dfense, your adaptability in a demanding and complex international environment will enable you to quickly become operational and autonomous in ensuring the quality of financial statements and supervising the accounting team. Key Responsibilities: - Define deadlines for legal and financial obligations to be met - Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and controls to guarantee the correct processing of all operations in line with company directives - Validate accounting closures and key choices regarding year-end closing - Supervise monthly closings in coordination with the management control - Organize, coordinate, and verify the preparation of statutory accounts - Oversee tax matters (declarations, tax returns) - Supervise the preparation of consolidated accounts and the reconciliation of accounts in local standards and IFRS - Act as the primary contact for auditors and tax authorities - Play a central role and privileged interface with various departments related to the accounting department, working on significant cross-functional projects Qualifications Required: - University degree, business school, or management education supplemented by accounting/finance training (DSCG, Master's in accounting-audit, etc.) - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role ideally gained in service companies - Proficiency in various accounting standards, especially IFRS - Mandatory knowledge of ERP SAP - Operational level of English proficiency, both written and verbal - Strong managerial skills with excellent team leadership and delegation abilities - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills - Outstanding writing abilities and a strong sense of synthesis - Ability to coordinate, plan, anticipate, and provide practical solutions Join EY and be part of a diverse environment where all applications, including those from individuals with disabilities, are considered equally based on skills.,
