Respiratory Therapist

You will play a vital role as a Respiratory Therapist within our team, where your focus will be on delivering respiratory treatments and overseeing patient care. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional with a Diploma or Degree in Respiratory Therapy, we welcome your application. Your main responsibilities will include administering respiratory therapy treatments based on physician orders, closely monitoring and assessing patient responses to treatments, operating a variety of respiratory therapy equipment, educating patients and their families on respiratory care and treatment plans, accurately documenting patient records, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care. Continuous learning and training will be essential for you to remain updated with industry standards and practices. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Respiratory Therapy, possess valid state licensure or certification (if applicable), have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, work well as part of a healthcare team, and approach patient care with compassion and a patient-centered mindset. Preferred qualifications include certification in BLS or ACLS (if required or preferred) and some experience in a clinical setting, although entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person. If you have a total of 1 year of work experience, that would be preferred.,
