Job Description

Provide
clinical demonstrations
and
product training
for ventilators to doctors, nurses, and respiratory staff.
Assist in
pre-sales
and
post-sales
activities by explaining clinical features and benefits.
Support the sales team with clinical knowledge during customer visits.
Provide
on-site application support
during ventilator installation and initial usage.
Handle
troubleshooting, user guidance, and customer queries
related to respiratory equipment.
Conduct workshops, CMEs, and training programs for hospital staff.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the service/sales team for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with ICU teams, anesthetists, and biomedical departments.
