Resources Management (Trainee)

We are searching for Recourse Management Trainee who is responsible for maintaining record, coordinating with team, planning, making quick decision in order to get the positive outcome for company.

Responsibilities

* Identifying, examining, and assessing the project's needs

* Coordination with team members

* Should have analytics skills

* You should be self-motivated

* Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary

* Assisting employees in the process of improving or enhancing their existing skills

* Planning and developing monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios

* Knowledge about all types of project's requirements and positions within the organization

* Collecting feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.

* Resource management is involved in planning resource allocation

* Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.

* Providing resources with ongoing project and related support.

* Coordinating with the internal departments and need to share the profiles were ever it is required.

* Supporting resource manager to maintain the records and data of resources.

* Must be pleasing personality with good command on English

* Maintaining correct and accurate records

* Should have good knowledge of excel sheet

Qualifications

* Resource Management Position: - Trainee

* Must be fresher/Trainee and with MBA degree
