Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role will focus on generating room sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the hotel's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and event packages to individual and corporate clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat bookings.
• Assist clients with event planning details, including menus, seating, décor, and other arrangements in coordination with the operations team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with hotel guidelines.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, packages, and trends.
• Work closely with reservations operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing and event execution.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups in the sales database.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate
• 1–3 years of sales experience (hotel industry preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
• Prior exposure to selling rooms, banquets, or events is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional local/regional language preferred.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS/CRM) will be an advantage.
