Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

✅ Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

✅ Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across all departments.

✅ Lead, train, and motivate the resort staff to achieve operational excellence.

✅ Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports.

✅ Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events.

✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

✅ Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

✅ Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

3+ years of experience in hotel/resort management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning.

Knowledge of local culture and eco-tourism will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
