Your role as a Sales Executive in the Sales department will involve handling sales of residential projects by explaining and showcasing the projects to customers, as well as giving presentations to them. It will be crucial for you to develop a network of channel partners and maintain strong relationships with them to drive sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team is motivated and trained to meet all sales targets effectively and maintain high standards of performance.
