RESIDENTIAL HINDI TEACHER

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to middle and high school students using creative and student-centric methods.
• Stay on campus and serve as a mentor and guardian to residential students, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
• Provide additional academic support and personalized attention to hostel students who may need extra help.
• Conduct remedial classes, encourage reading habits, and help improve communication skills in Hindi.
• Help students build confidence, discipline, and respect for culture and values.
• Organize language-related co-curricular activities (debates, storytelling, drama, etc.).
• Maintain close coordination with hostel staff to ensure emotional and academic well-being of students.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,212.14 - ₹21,875.21 per month
