A hostel warden responsible for class 2 to 6 students plays a crucial role in their well-being. This includes maintaining a secure environment, establishing and enforcing daily routines to instill discipline, addressing any disciplinary matters that may arise, and overseeing study hours to promote academic focus. In addition, the warden fosters a supportive atmosphere by organizing recreational activities, facilitating positive interactions among students, and collaborating with school staff to create an overall conducive living and learning environment. Regular communication with parents is also part of their responsibilities to keep them informed about their children's progress and ensure a collaborative approach to the students' development.
