Resident Staff Nurse

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents. Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities when needed (e.g., mobility, hygiene). Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Document observations, interventions, and patient responses. Report changes in health conditions to physicians and appropriate team members. Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences. Health Education: Educate residents and their families on care plans, medications, and wellness practices. Promote a safe and supportive living environment. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to nursing standards, guidelines, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed. Qualifications: Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Experience: Prior experience in residential, geriatric, or long-term care nursing preferred Skills: Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Food provided Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Nursing License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
