### Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Responsibilities:

- Provide quality patient care and management.

- Attend to emergency cases and perform necessary medical procedures.

- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.

- Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure high standards of healthcare.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Respond to any medical queries and concerns from patients or family members.

- Participate in daily rounds and provide reports to senior medical staff.

Requirements:

- Education: MBBS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (for MBBS) or relevant state council (for BAMS).

- Strong clinical and patient management skills.

- Ability to handle emergencies efficiently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary Range:

- BAMS Doctors: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month

- MBBS Doctors: ₹55,000 to ₹80,000 per month

- Housing Allowance: Provided
