Job Description: As a Resident Medical Officer at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Noida, under the guidance of the consultant, your role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the Department of Transfusion Medicine. Key Responsibilities: - Provide quality clinical care for patients. - Ensure proper voluntary blood donor screening and maintain correct workflow for seamless donor experience. - Assist with/undertake clinical procedures as directed. - Demonstrate basic clinical knowledge with an interest in SICU. - Conduct proper donor screening, phlebotomy, blood donation, and associated documentation. - Collect specialized blood products (e.g., platelets/leucocytes) via apheresis. - Identify and promptly treat adverse donor reactions. - Communicate effectively with donors and patients. - Uphold ethical medical practices. - Maintain clear and prompt communication with admitting and referral consultants. - Maintain discipline by being well-groomed, punctual, and adhering to company policies. Qualifications Required: - M.B.B.S. degree. - 0-4 years of experience in the SICU department of a hospital with an adequate volume of workload.
