Job Summary:

Cygnus Superspeciality Hospital, Kurukshetra is seeking an experienced MBBS-qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide consistent and quality medical care to inpatients. The RMO will be responsible for clinical assessment, emergency management, and coordination with consultants to ensure optimal patient care during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 medical coverage in assigned wards, ICUs, and emergency departments as per duty rotation.
• Perform regular rounds, assess patient condition, update clinical notes, and ensure treatment protocols are followed.
• Handle medical emergencies efficiently, including stabilizing critical patients before consultant intervention.
• Collaborate with nursing and paramedical teams for smooth implementation of patient care.
• Assist senior consultants during procedures, surgeries, and clinical rounds.
• Ensure accurate documentation, prescription writing, and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding clinical updates when required.
• Follow infection control practices and hospital safety guidelines at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of post-MBBS clinical experience in a hospital setting (superspeciality or multispeciality preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle acute medical conditions and emergencies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifts responsibly.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts, including night duties, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
