Resident Medical Officer

Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – BHMS / BAMS Location: Thane & Shahpur Department: Clinical / IPD / Emergency Experience: Minimum 1+ years (Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply) Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and experienced Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our medical team in Thane and Shahpur. The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical supervision to patients, supporting consultants in treatment management, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Key Responsibilities: Monitor patients admitted under consultants and provide ongoing clinical care Handle emergency cases and perform first-line medical treatment Maintain proper documentation of patient care, rounds, and treatment updates Assist during clinical procedures and coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff Ensure patient safety and manage patient complaints/escalations effectively Maintain records, reports, and medication charts Ensure implementation of infection control protocols and hospital SOPs Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and diagnostic teams as required Eligibility Criteria: For BHMS Opening: Qualification: BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) MCI / State Council Registration: Mandatory Location: Thane For BAMS Opening: Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) MCI / State Council Registration: Mandatory Location: Shahpur Key Skills: Strong clinical judgment and patient management Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Basic knowledge of hospital systems and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Shift & Schedule: Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) Availability for emergency/on-call duty as required Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards
