Job Description

Monitor and manage patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency room.
Conduct daily rounds and update case sheets, treatment charts, and reports.
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and inform senior consultants.
Ensure timely execution of medical orders given by specialists.
Attend to patient complaints and provide necessary care and reassurance.
Document progress notes and maintain accurate records of treatments and interventions.
Support nursing staff and ensure proper communication among care teams.
