As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at TruVita Wellness, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical procedures, and contributing to daily hospital operations. Your proactive approach to patient care and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment will be essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Patient Care:** - Conduct initial medical assessments, take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and diagnose common ailments. - Monitor and manage patient conditions, making treatment recommendations or referrals when necessary. - Assist in medical procedures and interventions under senior doctors" supervision. - Review patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed. - **Emergency Response:** - Respond promptly to emergency cases, provide immediate care, stabilize patients, and facilitate their transfer to specialized departments. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with consultants, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Communicate effectively with nursing staff to implement care plans and follow-up care properly. - **Documentation:** - Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and interventions. - Prepare reports for senior medical officers or consultants regarding patient status and treatment recommendations. - **Administration:** - Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and clinical reviews. - Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and referrals as needed. - **Continuous Learning:** - Stay updated on medical advancements, treatment protocols, and hospital procedures. - Engage in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance medical knowledge and skills. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution. - Valid medical license to practice in the specified Country/Region. - **Experience:** - Freshers or medical professionals with up to 2 years of hospital experience are encouraged to apply. - Previous internship or clinical experience in a hospital setting is advantageous. - **Skills and Competencies:** - Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage medical emergencies effectively. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. - Empathy and compassion towards patients. - Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with healthcare staff.
