Resident Medical Officer

As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in the ICU and oncology settings at the facility in Nashik, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality clinical care and support for patients. You will collaborate closely with consultants and the nursing team to monitor patients, manage emergencies, and maintain continuity of care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical support and monitoring for oncology patients - Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate timely interventions - Collaborate effectively with consultants and nursing staff to ensure integrated care delivery - Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to standard operating procedures Qualifications & Requirements: - Hold a BAMS or BHMS degree - Possess 1-2 years of experience in ICU and/or oncology care - Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills - Willingness to work rotational and late-night shifts - Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you meet the aforementioned criteria and have experience in ICU or oncology settings, a competitive compensation package ranging from 35K to 38K is offered. Candidates must be available to work Monday to Saturday on rotational shifts (8-4 pm, 10-6 pm, 1-9 pm).
