Job Description:
Responsible for on-site technical support, equipment installation, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. Coordinated with client teams to ensure smooth operation of IT/network infrastructure. Provided timely maintenance, documentation, and escalated unresolved issues to senior engineers. Ensured compliance with company and client technical standards.
