Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Reservations Sales Specialist will handle daily tasks such as managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and handling communication with guests. The Specialist will also be responsible for training new staff in reservation procedures and systems.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communications skills
• Sales and Reservations experience
• Training skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees or certifications in hospitality management are advantageous
