Job Summary:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is hiring candidates for Reservations to handle room bookings and reservation operations across our properties. Candidates with any level of experience in hotel reservations are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, website, and OTAs
• Update, modify, and cancel bookings accurately
• Coordinate with front office and sales teams for room availability
• Ensure correct rate loading and booking confirmations
• Respond to guest queries related to reservations
• Maintain daily booking reports and reservation records

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field
• Experience in hotel reservations preferred (any level)
• Knowledge of PMS and OTA portals (IDS, eZee, Opera, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills
• Willingness to work shifts, if required

Salary:

Negotiable (as per experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
